All classes must be pre-booked and fees are payable in advance.
One-to-ones are specifically tailored to your personal requirements such as back care, osteoporosis, improving your golf etc.
o The Matwork Studio (£140 for 10 classes), maximum 6 attendees per class
o ThriveFit classes are online and are free to attend for those with cancer. Please contact the charity on this link for booking ThriveFit
